Our trip  to Thailand ended at a record pace and it has been a quick bump back to reality with late night catch ups. I thought I would share some of our great finds from our trip . First up I wanted to share some of our finds in Chiangmai in the Northern part of Thailand. There are no shortage of activities to do with the kids in Chiangmai  and there is lots to keep the kids entertained .
Seb loved riding up the front of the Tuk Tuk he claimed the front seat every time .

Some Monks wondering around the grounds of one of the temples we visited

Boys loved playing on the stairs some great views

Exploring the huge walking tracks between animals at the zoo .

Large Black bear the boys loved watching the guys .

- First  up we stayed at the Rimping hotel a boutique hotel within walking distance to the night market . It was a great location and has the most amazing staff . Really does warrant all the great reviews it gets.

- We visited two temples  Wat Phra Sing and Wat Phra That Doi Suthep  the kids actually really enjoyed the wondering around the grounds of both of these places with lots of stairs, interesting people ( monks) and interesting gardens .

- We visited the Chiangmai Zoo . We wished we had spent longer it is a huge area and we chose to do it on foot, however you can catch the train around . We managed to get up close to lots of animals .The boys fed an elephant , we watched the hippos  I have never been so close ,and we visited the panda enclosure. Lots of inspiration for our next range was gathered from the zoo with so many animals and being able to observe them so closely.

- Chiangmai was where we did most of the Tuk Tuk riding the kids loved it !!! and are still talking about riding in the these crazy vehicles . It was lots of fun cruising around Chiangmai for short distances and a real novelty for the kids .

I have another Chiangmai instalment on to follow .

  1. It seems to me that it is better to travel with kids and show them the world, then to stick to the whole range of home assignments. To keep though their performance at a normal rate, I use online homework help services.
